My Atelier Morpheo is an alchemical space between art, magic and encounter.

A place where colour whispers, symbols remember, and creativity becomes a gateway to inner transformation.

Here, painting studio, medieval laboratory and meeting space merge into a living vessel of becoming. Amid pigments, fragrances and signs, people discover their inner power of expression — listening, experimenting, creating.

Sigil collages, magical symbols and captivating images arise from intuition and depth.

Courses and workshops invite participants to explore their creativity, to revive ancient knowledge, and to consciously shape their own expression.

In the medieval laboratory, research is undertaken, objects are gathered and exhibited — suspended between alchemy, myth and craftsmanship.

Art, alchemical tea and conversation intertwine with incense, fairy figurines and magical objects.

Art supplies, esoteric treasures and unique finds have their place here, alongside stillness, exchange and inspiration.

Artist Morpheo

Many years ago, I discovered painting — and with it a steadily growing enthusiasm for creative work with colour. Ever since, I have been fascinated by creating expressive pieces and allowing my creativity to flow freely.

What especially inspires me is the freedom to let my own imagination unfold, and to marvel time and again at the diverse and surprising creative solutions that emerge. In my Acrylic Pouring works, I continually discover something new, just as I do in my acrylic paintings and textured artworks, which bring me lasting joy.

Since my retirement, I have greatly enjoyed having time for my hobby and passion — and I take particular pleasure in inspiring others to discover their own creativity.

From personal experience, I know how important it is, when exploring new painting and design techniques, to be able to begin immediately without having to search for materials. For this very reason, my small art studio — alongside my gallery and painting spaces for art enthusiasts — also offers a carefully selected and extensively tested range of Acrylic Pouring supplies.

As meaningful exchange is especially close to my heart, I am delighted to share my knowledge and experience. I regularly hold courses and organise a weekly artists’ gathering, where hobby artists present their work, exchange ideas and inspire one another. In addition, once a month there is an open meeting space offering coaching and support for successful Acrylic Pouring artworks.

My intention is to create a vibrant and appreciative place of exchange — a space where motivation, inspiration and shared growth can flourish.

Beyond this, I offer family activities, creative family experiences and children’s workshops. My second passion — alchemy and magic — also finds its place here: in a small exhibition and in selected elements that flow into my paintings, particularly in the creation of deeply personal magical sigil collages.

Art Studio Morpheo – My Concept

Where inner paths and outer colours meet

Art Studio Morpheo is an alchemical painting and art studio, as well as a meeting place for creative people of all ages.

Upon entering, a space unfolds between art, exchange and inner transformation:
Alongside alchemical objects, symbols of change and essence, there is a large table with canvases, paints and room for shared experience and creative work.

People step inside, take a seat, and arrive.

In an open round of introductions, connection begins to form — with one another and with their own inner world.

I, Morpheo — alchemist, poet and painter — mindfully accompany my guests through the creative process and, for example, introduce them to the technique of Acrylic Pouring.

A Place for Colour, Humanity and Transformation

My studio is at once a workshop, tea room and meeting space.

• Over alchemist’s tea, there is conversation, laughter, creative work and artistic exploration.
• During courses, participants may obtain refreshments in the nearby Cafebar Arcade.
• Materials can be purchased on site, and participants receive personal guidance, practical advice and inspiring impulses for image composition.

In the shared viewing and interpretation of the completed works, their magical expressive power unfolds:
The paintings reflect inner movements, emotions and individual paths — made visible through colour, form and flow.

The aim of Art Studio Morpheo is to offer a protected space in which people feel accepted, understood and inspired.
Each visitor spends a carefree and enriching time, discovers their own power of expression, and leaves the studio strengthened — with a sense of well-being and the wish to return.

In addition, alchemical courses, lectures and accompanying offerings for personal development take place in the studio.

Alchemy of Art – A Space for Inner Images

Art Studio Morpheo is a place of transformation — gentle, human and creative.

Alchemical Work

Morpheo recognised early in life that he had been entrusted with special abilities. He understands this gift, not least, as rooted in his deep connection to his Yenish ancestors — a lineage from which his mother was forcibly separated through state intervention. This experience continues to shape his work to this day.

With mindfulness, non-judgement and profound respect, Morpheo accompanies and supports people in challenging life situations, with the aim of making the next chapter of their lives a little lighter, clearer and happier.

Alongside his work as a holistic life counsellor, he creates and works with his own tree essences, prepared according to a morphic principle, as well as with other spagyric plant elixirs.

Over many years, Morpheo has developed his own method for producing tree essences, which may be used in a similar way to Bach flower remedies.

In addition, he carefully handcrafts his own ointments and creams — above all the widely appreciated “Häxehüslisalbi” (unguent) — along with other distinctive botanical preparations.

All of this is created in his unique and lovingly designed medieval laboratory in Wald (AR).

With particular joy, Morpheo weaves alchemical and magical elements into his artistic practice, allowing this synergy to flow into his works and creative processes.
